I got my SFHEA in 2017 when I had been at Hull for ~18 months. At the time I did not have any formal leadership roles other than module leader, but I had several informal examples of educational leadership which I used in my application.

Note 1: This was written against the 2011 UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF) criteria, so will not be directly applicable against the 2023 UKPSF.

Note 2: Hull has an internal fellowship scheme (DARTE) so the format of this application is not the same as applying direct to AdvanceHE or other institutional schemes, but this should give you an example of the types of language, activities and evidence required for SFHEA.
