Making teaching laboratories more inclusive and accessible – how would you spend £1 million?

What would you do with £1 million to improve accessibility and inclusion of your teaching lab? I share some of my suggestions and experiences of small and big changes that can be made to ensure disabled staff and students feel they belong in labs.
